Ran the Yearly accelerator, entirely in person, in Dublin. Identifying a cohort of diversely talented young people who could deliver a world-class demo day with 10 projects across a range of disciplines and recording its highest-ever attendance.
Managed Sponsor relationships and secured new sponsorships. Alongside reducing the overall cost of the program.

Provided technical support and guidance to Entrepreneurs, from tech stacks to product to hiring.
Worked closely with a diverse group of successful entrepreneurs and operators, leveraging their experience and networks to guide the next generation of founders. Assisted in the creation and enhancement of pitch decks and scripts before demo day.
Invented and Patented the Touch Screen Smart Mirror - Then built a startup around it, building and providing a smart mirror as a system for smart home control.
Managed the DFM, Software and engineering across the whole stack. Even did some sales.
